BykerZ provides IoT-based motorcycle management services, including real-time monitoring, preventive alerts, service history tracking, and mechanic connectivity features. Our platform is designed to enhance safety, performance, and maintenance efficiency for motorcycle owners and mechanics.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must ensure proper installation and maintenance of IoT devices
• You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with its normal operation
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services

4. Subscription and Payment

Services are provided on a subscription basis with three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Black. Pricing is as indicated in the Plans section of our website. Payments are processed monthly and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to subscribers.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We collect and process data from your motorcycle's IoT devices for service provision and performance optimization. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. All data is stored securely and encrypted according to industry standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

BykerZ provides monitoring and alerting services but is not responsible for mechanical failures, accidents, damages, or any consequences resulting from the use or misuse of our services. Users should always follow proper maintenance schedules and professional advice from qualified mechanics. Our service is intended to assist and enhance, not replace, professional mechanical expertise.

7. IoT Device Usage

The IoT devices provided must be installed by qualified professionals. Improper installation or tampering with devices may void your warranty and subscription. BykerZ is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized modifications or misuse of equipment.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to users. We will make efforts to ensure service continuity and minimize disruptions.

9. Mechanic Partnership

Mechanics using our platform must maintain appropriate licenses and certifications. BykerZ acts as a facilitator for connection between motorcycle owners and mechanics but does not guarantee the quality of service provided by third-party mechanics.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' notice. BykerZ reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access to the platform and stored data will be revoked after a 30-day grace period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the BykerZ platform are owned by NRG6. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
